PRO File - Matt Asbury

Matt started playing golf at the age of 10. At 15 he represented Surrey for two years before turning professional. He then started the PGA 4-year Diploma Scheme, studying and passing in:

  • Sports Science
  • Business Management
  • Rules & Tournament Organisation
  • Club Technology
  • Teaching of the Golf Swing
Now Matt focuses on running a successful Pro Shop for a large hotel chain and also a thriving teaching academy, teaching people from beginner to county level.
